After a year of disasters, winter brings another set of challenges for countless families working to rebuild their lives. While food and shelter are rightfully prioritised, warm clothing often becomes the forgotten essential.

That’s where our Odha Do Zindagi winter campaign steps in to bridge this vital gap. Your contributed blankets, woollens, and monetary contributions become a lifeline for those braving the harsh winter. Last year, your contribution enabled us to reach people with 10,00,000 woollens and 1,50,000 blankets.

Guidelines

As per Income Tax guidelines, organizations will have to mandatorily generate certificate 10BE for contributors. For this, contributors must provide their complete address and a Govt recognized unique identification number.

As per the FCRA 2010, to receive from foreign contributors, submission of a passport copy (front and back pages) is mandatory.

All Indian contributions made to GOONJ are eligible for tax exemption of 50% u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
