“Social Initiative and Innovation Baithak” (SIBI) held in Goonj Delhi..

We recently held our second ‘Baithak’ at the Delhi centre and saw participation from 13 different organizations working on issues ranging from Education to Livelihood to Mental health. It was informal inclusive space for a bunch of like minded people to talk on various issues and understand different approaches. We hope to have more such baithaks and create a pool of such organisations which can connect through this platform.

10,000 seed balls made by 700 children and 300 parents from Thiruthani School in a tiny village of Tamil Nadu (Thiruthani village) on Independence Day recently. Just in 3 hours parents and teachers taught the kids on how to make these seed balls and with their tiny hands and small palms they started to make seed balls.
